She looked absolutely svelte in her post partum family-friendly swimming costume compared to how she looks now. That’s not your uterus….girl.

Also….she says she needs to eat more to lose weight (I think that’s what she said….) So….clearly she doesn’t need to be eating more….besides eating more protein which we have been saying for years……but….did she just actually admit that she wants to lose weight?

Just watched the extremely lame “favorites” video. So really, it was just another video of her talking about her favorite thing on earth (herself), her love of Disney, food, and her body, with a bit of icky lusting over the shirtless men of Virgin River thrown in.

But……the chin stroking!!! I can’t stand the way she is constantly stroking her chin. It’s like she’s stroking an imaginary goatee or something.

She makes sure that everybody knows that she sweats a lot, and also shows herself wearing the same jeans in hot weather for three days straight. Yuck.

Yes, they were supposed to be loose jeans.

Wogging a 5K fun run in a too tight, low-effort costume, and acting like you won the freaking Olympics….cringe
Showing off how long your receipt from the Disney expo is…..even cringier.

She is becoming more and more gross in every way.

It’s like she is being willfully stupid. She abuses her body by overdoing it with all the cardio and trying to do marathons when her body clearly wasn’t built for running (AND she is terrible at it). And she’s like “I’m going to have to get a hip replacement in the future”. So she knows she is abusing her body. But she keeps on keeping on. Not only overdoing it, but also piling on the weight which is putting even more strain on her problematic foot and hip. Like, most people when they find out they might need a hip replacement someday….might like…try to lose weight, pick up a form of exercise that is easier on their problematic anatomy…stuff like that. And she has talked about she has to spend a lot more time warming up and stretching than she used to. I feel like in 5 years, if she’s not at Disney or moving her spare vehicle around the country so she can go to a Whole Foods and take a bath in a different location, her entire day at home will be spent doing exercises to take take care of her multitude of physical ailments she gave herself. She has an entire team of people to help her take care of her body as it is. It’s only going to get more ridiculous.

All those yoga mats, most probably going in a landfill. I’d imagine most of those people already own yoga mats.

Mon Dieu! Agreed. This whole outfit is way too small. I would not have anything that snug on my lady garden. :in-disbelief-smiley-emoticon:

    Giving me Jasper vibes!

:XD: Omg, now I see it too, lol.

Her hair has gotten sooooooo bad though. It keeps getting worse and worse. And the sausage casing. It’s like she’s delusional. What in the world is she seeing when she looks in the mirror?

She also stated she thought she was doing well eating THREE eggs in a sitting...for protein. She exclaims, I was not! There's only 5 grams of protein in an egg! Like, that was her epiphany. It did not include she was getting 21g fat with that. She was also probably putting her eggs on at least half an avocado. These foods are healthy and contain good nutrients but it is quick to overdo what our bodies need. Several months ago I replaced my two poached eggs with sliced avocado with one egg (nutrients!) and 2-3 egg whites and that is a much healthier balance for me. SHe never talked about the fat, or overdoing serving size. In fact, she makes the smoothie and just eyeballs, then says oh wow! That's like 2 servings! Yes, Jen it is. And her pee brain thinks she needs the whole thing because she rolls around on the floor and goes on a walk.

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen her eating an entire avocado along with a good-sized meal.

This is just unreal. How is she able to put this stuff on or take it off? Must be a one hour feat of structural engineering.

Just looking at that picture makes me physically uncomfortable. I can almost feel the edges digging into my flesh. I do not understand. Why does she do this to herself. And the whole…”I wear size small”…..I call BS. She wore size small (or XS) a good 30+ pounds ago. And she still tended to wear her clothes too tight when she was way thinner. There’s no way she is still wearing a size small now. Unless Crowned Athletics is known as a plus size brand. Because the smallest their leggings come in is XS.

I use MyFitnessPal and I just increased my calories. My sugar goal for the day is 45 grams and I still think that sounds like a lot, but it says a small apple is 15 grams. I can't imagine cake & a peanut butter cold brew. All the self love talk and being gentle with yourself don't make eating like this healthy.

I think the default for MFP is 45g for sugar, but the American Heart Association recommends no more than 25g of sugar per day for women--which makes Gene's sugar consumption off the charts.

I think the 25g is for added sugar. So the sugar in the banana and berries doesn’t count.

Go to a place selling snake oil, allow someone hired off the street to try to get an IV started! Um, NO, my veins like to hide, on a good day, when I have to have surgery, it take several times in different places to find a vein. Good luck have an experienced person working at a place like that . Is there a true medical staff?

I don’t know about the one Jen goes to, but the one in my town is owned by a doctor, and the infusions are supposedly administered by actual nurses. Still seems scammy and probably not a great idea to me though. (Not to mention expensive AF). They also will prescribe semaglutide.

There’s a place in town that does IV drips like that. Seems like a bad idea to me. Also, the fact that personal trainers are the ones hyping this crap on IG doesn’t help me think much of it.
