If a millionaire invites me to lunch they better pick up the check. But D**'s money is only for Jen so I'm sure she will be cheap.

Don't mind me scooching in here, reposting this one from Jen's begging-for-Patreon-subscriptions-to-keep-the-lights-on thread...

She also sits on her ride-to-nowhere basement bike in that seriously undersized spandex. It has got to be SO tight at the angle on her upper thigh when she leans forward towards the handlebar.

I bet that in Gene's head, she's not only buying a Small as a vanity size but also justifying the tight fit as she's bound to lose weight eventually. "It'll be the perfect fit once I've lost those pesky pandemic pounds. This is a good investment because I won't have to by new workout gear when I'm slim again!" She's a major aspirational buyer.

Jen is exploding sausage syndrome in that damn Crowned Barfletics. :nervous:

His idiot is going to up her protein beyond what she needs without cutting anything else back, she's going to blow up more and blame it all on being over 40 of course.

This is it. This is the winner. She's going to continue eating as before, just adding protein (mostly whey and cottage cheese) to her fatty, carb-loaded diet.

Daily avocado, peanut butter, chocolate bar, sugary yogurt, jam, and more. GO. TO. A. BOARD-CERTIFIED. DIETITIAN. There are plenty specialised in disordered eating who won't make you track every meal but help establish a different routine to make healthy choices. This no-knowledge nonsense and random guesswork is not it. Neither is this treat-yo-self "intuitive eating" diet you've been on for three years.

I didn't watch the video. Did she go to dinner with her parents with her hair all greasy?

She only said she "washed herself" after working out and before going grocery shopping. Maybe she dared to shampoo her hair. Maybe she just splashed some warm water on it. Who knows? (I think she actually shampood and the theatre was the reason she didn't want to wash her hair at the very start of the vlog, before working out.)

"Stevia, it's not really my jam."

Says the woman who always had to have her can of Zevia to sip on in front of the TV...

There’s a place in town that does IV drips like that. Seems like a bad idea to me. Also, the fact that personal trainers are the ones hyping this crap on IG doesn’t help me think much of it.

It's Jen's new Chinese herbs miracle.

Full-body cryotherapy doesn't have any scientifically backed evidence to recommend it. There may be very small effects on inflammation and soreness reduction but nothing that goes beyond other (cheap) recovery strategies. It's just a marketing fad.

The Skeptical Inquirer has a bunch of actual scientific studies linked in this recap article.

    Thanks TheHairyChild SoProudOfMyself .

Three months and she said they advised her to go multiple times a week so I'm guessing she's at least bought the Elevate monthly pack.$365 x 3 is another +1000 expense.

Why is it always frozen broccoli? (Not even fresh. No other green vegetables besides salad worth trying.)
Why is there never yogurt for the kids?
Why is she always buying "just one treat" but then there's a second one in the grocery bags?
Why are there no treats for the kids?

She shops like she doesn't have children and has an aversion to cooking. Even her food is bland and boring.

She's also done 4 cryotheraphy (full body, not facial) appointments at her local Restore. Does anyone know how much these are in the US?

    Is everyone sitting down?
She spent $1084 (ex tax) on that Crowned Athletics crap.
The patrons must be so proud that they are helping the struggling single mother keep the lights on.

:jaw-drop-smiley-emoticon: (And it's all too small - and fugly.)

She dropped that cash like it was nothing. But then she'll yap about not finding something that cost 10 dollars at the store in her grocery bags (and then proceeds to find it in said bags) or 30 dollars for a safe parking place to sleep in her Fartrunner. She's truly unwell and unhinged.
