Conversely, on another topic, when my fingers go blanched and numb, and someone asks me if I have Raynaud’s, I do actually say I’ve never been diagnosed with it, because I’m aware of the problem but I’ve never sought treatment for it. Do I probably have it? Sure. I’ve just never done anything about it.
Most people don’t invoke “diagnosis” in normal conversation unless they have a need to seek healthcare. |

Allllllll of the eye rolls for her referring to her “day off-ish,” I just cannot. Literally every single day, all she does is whatever she wants. A day that one doesn’t spend focusing on their hobby is not a day off. You have to have a day ON in order to have a day OFF, and she’s never done that. She has never had a day in her entire adult life where she did anything but what she chose to do. She wouldn’t last a day if she had to live like almost everyone else. |
