Can this be a miscarriage?? She conceived Charlotte in 2015 and struggled to conceive before that. She mentioned this as to be a ‘loss’. In her first pregnancy announcement video, she also talks about implantation failures. I think she did IVF May be though she always declared it was natural conception after removing a cyst. I think this might be a IVF pregnancy loss she was talking about.

She only “struggled” to conceive because she put off going to a medical doctor. She used the Chinese herbalist’s shag carpet herbs instead which didn’t do anything to the issue she had.
