I could never get GG because the dialogue was too "look how clever we are".
I am a diehard Seinfeld fan though. I am an Elaine.. -
.I actually can't even with those not getting Gilmore Girls
I never got Seinfeld or Friends!
I LOVE Seinfeld, but never understood the appeal of Friends either. I tried watching it once and I didn't think it was funny at all
As for SATC, I'm DEFINITELY a Charlotte!. -

That's what it is. I did like Dawson's Creek and they talked the same. But that Rory girl is annoying. Sorry GG lovers.
Just call me an ass and we will move on.. -
.True confession time...
I have never watched Sex and the City.
*hangs head in shame*
I havent either. I saw the movie(s?). I never understand people going to the step of carries house in New York and everyone i know goes there. I walked past it once and it was chained off, dirty and under construction. It's a staircase.
Lol.
I think if I watched it I might get it.
I tried to watch it late one night but couldn't get into it. I also can't get into Seinfeld or Friends though so i think I missed the 90's boat.
Oh and I've never seen Star Wars. Any. Ever.
The SATC movies are terrible. But the show is such early 00s nostalgia for me, just like Friends is late 90s high school nostalgia. Plus it was really different than anything out there at the time, it's kind of hard to understand that looking back.
I'm Miranda with a dash of Charlotte, and Steve is exactly my type. <3 Big was v. handsome on L&O but by the time he hit SATC he was too old for me as I was in college when the show aired. Jen is a total Charlotte but in the final season, dumbed down/exaggerated way. The first 1-3 seasons the characters had much more nuance and weren't so stereotypical.
The Office was the show I never "got". Just made me feel uncomfortable.. -

I liked Gilmore Girls for one season ... they irritated me after awhile. I loved the wealthy Grandparents though ... the Grandfather was the "Head Vampire" in Lost Boys.
Loved Seinfeld ... never watched Friends, though I had "friends" that absolutely loved it. I think I was too old for it ... they all seemed like idiots to me.. -

I've never seen one episode of Dawson's Creek. One of my friends named her son Dawson ... I thought it was a family name.
I did love Buffy the Vampire Slayer ... I really enjoyed that show, and taped it!!!!. -
.Still trying to figure out if I am an INTJ or an INFJ. If anyone has a good test, post the link for me!
www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test
It always makes me laugh how many people claim to be an INFJ, because as the rarest type it's not that likely that so many of them are floating around discussing it. I do often wonder if people actually took the test and answered honestly because I've seen some unlikely people claim to be what they consider the special one. (Comment not toward anyone here specifically, just in general. People make me laugh).
For what it's worth, I'm an ISTJ (the logistician). Introverted, observant, thinking and judging. Sound about right to me
Have just taken this test again and got the same results I got the last four times I have taken it over the last 10 years - INFJ. -
.
Chandler in the box during Thanksgiving is probably one of the funniest episodes in the history of TV and I'm not even a Friends super fan. . -
.
Loved Seinfeld, Sex and the City and Friends. Oh! And Mad About You. That was a favorite.
Never seen Gilmore Girls, Magic Mike, Greys Anatomy.
Only watched a couple of seasons of Dawson's.. -

So interesting to hear everyones personality types! I'm an ISFJ and a Libra. Based on all I've read about ISFJ I think it's pretty spot on with me.
I like GG enough but was never a superfan, however I LIVED for SATC although I was definitely too young to fully appreciate it the first time around. Re-watching it after I was out of college gave it a whole new meaning. I also live in Manhattan and I love that the whole series is kind of a little love letter to NYC. The episode that has a little 9/11 tribute blurb at the end always gets me. -

I love how no one cares about Jen.
THIS is what Jen doesn't get: we don't really care much about HER. we did at first when she was unique and interesting.
Now we like US. we like the group. And to chat. no need for Jen.
I LOVED GG. but I was younger. I tried to watch it after that and I couldn't get into it as much.
I will try and watch the new one.
I hope it doesn't suck. sometimes stuff is better left in the past. it never lives up to our ideas.
Like that highschool hottie.
or macgyver. I saw the new one. OMG, how awful.
Video
I was a tiny kid, sick, in bed when it came up on the country I was in ( later than the USA).
I was feeling so sorry for myself and I still remember the opening tune and how excited I got.
I was late to SATC.
I LOVED the 1st seasons of Grey's. now it sucks. and it has for a long time.
I used to cry with EVERY episode.

So I just googled (I learned that from Jen) and there are less women INTJs than INFJs (0.8% of women are INTJs and 2% are INFJs) So it's more likely, as a woman, that you are an INFJ than an INTJ. .
