I felt sad for Emmy in today's vlog. Melissa forced the Incredibles costumes on them. And then both Emmy and Maddie just have to even the same thing? Why not let her be what she wants?

It's part of the keto diet. Not healthy for a normal diet but it's a staple for that specific diet.

Keto diets make your body only take energy from fats and you abstain (or eat only limited) carbohydrates so you gain no energry from them.
I know pork rinds are just the fat and a little bit of meat from pigs and often deep-fried, so if it's 100% fat food then it is acceptable for keto and Atkins diets.
Apologies if you already know this though!

I don't think Emmy will ever live in Maddie's shadow. You can see Emmy doing so many great things later in life. She is naturally very smart, kind and so sweet.

That was more in reference to the family dynamic then anything. Emmy will always have to bend so they don't hurt Maddies feelings. She will be stunted in anything that relates to her home life if it means Maddie will be upset.
