I've long wished for Jen to fan-girl some Youtube home decor guru, &, instead of spending her $$ on makeup, planners, tea & water vessels of choice, start spending her $$ on home decor.
However, I'm not sure the direction she's trying to go is really her style at all. She's trying to do what she *thinks* is stylish, but, since, she really doesn't have a good sense of who she is & any sense of personal style & creativity, all these new pieces don't come off as very cohesive & well-planned. And it doesn't feel like Jen.
She says she's "transitioning" to cooler colors, but I actually think warmer colors would be better for her. She doesn't do very well adding any personality to her decor, & her white kitchen comes off as stark & a little cold.
The 3-tiered tray is nice, & I like the cute, vintage mugs. I've actually been seeing those mugs in a few different "Christmas decor tours" of various vloggers this season.
I also like the pillows from Target that she got for the living room.
But why does she ONLY shop at Target & Pottery Barn?! There are so many other places out there!
And I just think Jen needs her Charlie Brown Christmas decor - that's Jen. I'm not sure Jen is galvanized metal/industrial farmhouse.. -

In defense of Jen, some of us just suck at home decorating. Most of my stuff is from pottery barn or crate and barrel because there’s always a person there to make sure that I don’t buy something that'll look stupid.
