She should start riding lessons again - in a group, or just hang around the stable with other people. It looks like there are quite a few stables in Bend.
She needs to snap out of her fantasy British life and interact with real people on a regular basis. She is not "HSP." Again, nobody who watches as much television as she does or has the radio on (she said she plays it when she wakes up in the middle of the night) is not suffering from too much stimulation. If anything, she needs to speed her life up and have MORE interaction with people.

Oh, wait, only 2 guests? That's called "having a couple of people over for dinner."
This is an honest question: why is this contentment class called a "Master Class"? Usually "master classes" are taught by...masters. Who granted Shannon the designation of "master of contentment"?
Also, her dogs are derpy looking - they look like sad sacks, just like their owner.
