My theory is they are testing the kids to see how they react to her not being there. She’s off doing her own thing, but nearby in case they miss her or have a meltdown. But she’s staying away to see how they react to being there without her. If they do well, they can go without her next time.. -

She's been out three days in a row alone. She gets more time alone than she did when she was at home. The kids are probably happy they can eat meat and normal food all the time instead of back home just when Don has them. . -

Don and his parents may have made it very clear to her that they're not comfortable being recorded and posted on IG/YouTube. And Don may be putting his foot down about the kids being online content fodder. It may be a point of contention in their settlement negotiations.
I also wonder if CC has noticed that Don avoids the camera and has said something.
"Daddy, come over here, we're saying "hi" to Mommy's friends on the phone" or "Daddy, why don't you want to be in Mommy's videos?" Out of little mouths can come some big, uncomfortable questions. Wouldn't it be great if Don explains "online stranger danger" to her?.
