Seriously, I am old, I might walk 10 miles in a day, but the next day I would be in recovery mode. Sounds like you had a great time.

Ha ha! I am brave—a true hero (in my own mind  ).
And full disclosure...I would have spent day two recovering if my poor husband hadn’t been looking forward to this trip for a long time. I’m an empath like that- LOL. And of course he had to listen to me whine all day every day. (I only said strangers didn’t have to hear about my pain 😉)

I had the second surgery on my foot and ankle October 2019 - which is all wrong. It makes it agony to walk, it's like treading on broken bricks.
Like our other brave soldiers here we have to get on with it. We have things to do, people to look after, places to go, without going onto sm whining about it.
Jen needs a swift kick up the behind.
Spending four plus hours exercising every day is not normal
Counting every lettuce (or kale) leaf is not normal either.
For all the hours she spent in therapy with Judith, she stopped therapy at the very time she actually 💯% needed it and more.
Not a Life Coach. Jen does nothing with her life to Coach
That last video she did was pathetic from the point of view of the echoing. It's like a house you moved into yesterday. For god's sake put a rug or two down. Hang some pictures on the walls. Make it looked lived in. Empty some boxes. Do some "organisation". You have all the time to create content yet you do precious little.
When your new date asks"how do you fill your time?" what on earth is her reply going to be???? She can't just say that she exercises her days away, the guy will realise that she needs treatment straight away.
She can't even say she lunches with friends!
