.Jen has suburban shopping mall taste. Starbucks, Target, Bath and Body Works. Disney World, Pottery Barn. Tiffany, J. Crew.
They may have a lot of money, but Jen and Don have no taste. Extremely limited world view that prevented them from even entertaining the idea of shopping beyond what could be found in the mall.
Look at how they traveled to Europe - no direct flight, waiting around for trains with their luggage, etc.
They bought those flights with Air Miles!!
That's fine to fly Chicago to LA but not all the way to Italy. -

She’s lost weight, but her face is off... puffy or something. And her lips are strained and sick looking. I wonder if her eyes are looking so off-kilter because she keeps tugging at the one.
She can swear up and down that she wanted this divorce and she loves being untamed, but misses her children terribly. That’s the face of a woman whose husband dumped her ass and now she has to actually 100% parent half the time instead of 25% parent all the time.
