    I'm a certified Spin Instructor and was teaching 2 spin classes a week, pre-COVID. LOVE it. It is normal for your butt to hurt a bit, but more than likely you need to be fitted on the bike and remember what your settings are. We spent a LOT of time learning how to fit people correctly. Truthfully, I don't wear my bike shorts, usually, for a 45 minute class. If you learn to sit softly on the seat you will be fine. There is a trick to it. If it hurts, ask your instructor and ask them to do a fitting for you. They should know how to do it. I think I would love a Peloton, but I love to Spin and I love to cycle outdoors. It's wasted on Jen!

    Also, most of the Spin Class attendees were not the ones who enjoyed WERQ or Zumba. Not that it is better or worse, it is just different. A few crossovers, but it's a whole different breed. I taught a kickboxing, powerpump, tabata & Spin. I never enjoyed the dance classes.

    I love, love, love my Paloton. It’s seriously the only thing that’s kept me sane through all the shut downs and everything.
    I can’t see Jen liking it though, it’s not at all in line with her “be gentle to yourself” mantra. She won’t admit it was a flop but we won’t see more then the first couple of rides.

    As soon as Hannah says “your body is not Amazon Prime. It will not get here in 2 days” Jen will hop off and throw her shoes.

    With her bunions and thick calves, I can’t imagine she’s going to have a good time clipping and unclipping. And her coin purse is gonna be SUPER sore for a while. Pwincess won’t like that.

    I don’t have a Peleton but I ride an actual bike with my hubby. I could never go more than a few miles without those shorts. Think gel maxi pad ;)

    I wish I were like you. Every second of cardio is hell to me, just wondering when it’s going to be over. That’s why I started doing classes, so I can’t walk out. I could lift weights all day long, but I hate cardio.
