Holy shit. I don't wish the poor kids harm at all - they didn't ask to be born into this world - but this will be the photo they show on the 11pm news at some point when they'll have a neighbor saying "I never would have guessed! She seemed so normal!"
100% a CREEP(er) just like that awful Radiohead song!
And yes, her Gonzo Pinocchio nose is getting bigger and longer!
