Normal parents who are reunited with their young children after nearly a week DON’T whip out their camera to show their reunion snuggles to their “friends”. Of course nobody here ever labeled Jen as normal.

Ugh I am so angry with her right now! I had a 5 day weekend for the holiday and had so many things to get done. I woke up with a pinched nerve the first day. Still managed to accomplish more than Jen in those 5 days. . -

Normal or “good” parents don’t put their children on YouTube without their consent. My opinion. That’s why these boards are so busy. Difference with Jen, she isn’t doing it for money. She does it for attention and praise. Both reasons are sick.

.I'm fit, healthy and strong! I love fitness, but the type of classes I mentioned. I hated yoga. Absolutely hated it. It stressed me out, trying to hold a position so long. I think it is good for you, it just isn't a good match for me. Same with the dance classes. I tried them, my gym offered to get me zumba certified, but I hated it. One of my good friends is and she is an awesome instructor. That is part of the reason I don't think Jen will like her bike. I don't see much cross over in Spin with the type of workouts Jen seems to love.
I really miss my group classes. I don’t like Zumba but I love step. Even though step is kind of out I still can get really into it. As a fitness instructor what do you think of this? See below I really got into jumping right before a club closed. The video below is poor quality but it’s one that gets right into it all the other ones had a boring warm up. Jumping is so high intense cardio. It’s the only class I’ve been to where I’ve had seen many people leave after 10 minutes. If you’re not already fit you’re gonna die after five minutes

I've seen it at fitness conferences, but I have never done it. We didn't have them at my gym, so I didn't sign up for any of the classes at the conference (I go to a huge conference in Chicago every year, 3 full days of classes. Super fun!). I feel that anything that you enjoy, you will do. You should never do a class that you hate, because people think it is a good class. I, too, miss step! It was a good workout and could be very fun. We haven't had any step classes at the gym for several years.. -

LOO, I love it, thank you. I’m without my laptop for a few days so have to use my iPad. It’s a pain to type on, but I soldier through it for the benefit of my fellow bakers. And then I’ll take an entire day off to be extra gentle with myself and recover!
