Here's an update for this case there will be a conference call on Feb 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Documents are due for the Plaintiffs to file no later than Jan. 27,2021 and the Defendants due no later than Jan. 29,2021 ordered by the Judge.

I have to agree with this. Uncivil is a pig, and I would rather not give him any views, but, honestly...he does do the best job with the information. I also listen to EDB, but her vids are sooo long, she gets side tracked a lot, and uncivil seems to be basically only covering this because it gets the views, but doesn't care about tea, or either of the people involved. He just reads, gives his objective thoughts, and unless something pissed him off, he just moves through it.

Ok wow, uncivil it's still going! I may have to finish listening tomorrow, but this is problematic. Lori Ann is really crazy, idk. I have no idea why she suddenly decided to flip...from what I am hearing things seemed to have been going fine between her and Brown...then suddenly, she runs to Saltz.
Ok...uncivil is angry at chat. Hmmmm...he needs to calm down, yes..the chats always accusing him of being biased towards KJ..it's what they do sooo...
I wonder how EDB will see these.

Some people think that those emails are written in a similar fashion that Michael Brown writes in, so there's that. Those emails seems a little fishy.
What until Emily D Baker finds out that that she is mentioned in these documents too!!Oh boy!.
I'm wondering when will the Judge make a judgement on jurisdiction, how much longer will it take for her to decide that. Plus there was no mention of jurisdiction in any of those emails or those three documents filed by KJ lawyer.
This is just KJ's lawyer being messy with Michael Saltz, Tati's lawyer. Just like Uncivil Law said has anyone forgotten who this case is really about. Tati and James Westbrook vs WOACB.

So here it is the very wee hours and I decided to lay in bed listening, finished watching uncivil...now I can't stop thinking.
Some ppl in chat said KJ had went on a live and threw lori under the bus?! Did anyone hear this? I'm wondering what she said?
Why was Lori Ann emailing under different names to Brown? So odd...what in the world?!
Can't wait for EDB take on this. I can't imagine Saltz had this information, and I also can't imagine Brown would submit forged emails....but I am confused, this is a mess.

OMG Uncivil Law streamed for 4 hours and 25 minutes. I stopped around 2 or 3 hours, it was getting really late.
The defendant's claim in new 221 page precipice that aside from Lori Ann lying she also didn’t know she was speaking with the plaintiffs lawyer, WHAT?!
