I bet Don's health insurance is the really good stuff where premiums are sky high but everything's got a $5 copay. If she hasn't been dropped from that already, I can't wait til she gets dropped & has to buy shitty marketplace insurance with a $10k deductible. Not that it'll matter to her since she's made of money. It'll just be nice to know she's getting a taste of how the other half lives.

I am the child of a parent (mother) with an (undiagnosed) eating disorder. It affected me to the point where I struggled with food issues at various stages of my life. Finally I am at a point where I have what I consider to be a healthy balance and feel comfortable in my own skin. My mother still comments on my weight, food, etc. but at 46 I am just getting to the point where it does not affect me. I have long suspected Shrill Jill is similar and Jen is repeating the pattern with her own children.
I agree with your observations. I guarantee that her kids are already picking up on her unhealthy behaviors.
I can relate to what you posted about growing up. Thank you for sharing. I have similar issues with certain members of the 'food police' in my circle - it's exhausting and tedious to constantly speak up against their rhetoric when it comes to food because I know they won't change.
Meanwhile Jen thinks we want to see her BBQ chickpeas and yoga poses  the yoga is only good for photoshopping!

I actually love Asian/Korean Sweet potatoes and Chickpea masala is one of my most favorite Indian dish but the way Jen makes it , it looks so unappetizing.

What is there to actually follow Jen for, other than snark? All she does is post about her personal life via vlogs and her life is no longer enviable. She lives alone in an echoey cave and cries about stuff. That's it. She has no advice, no tips, no interests, no good ideas. Nothing.
We watch because it makes us feel better about ourselves. Each and every one of us.
From her, we learn that you can have the world at your fingertips and still be a sad, pathetic loser.
No matter our circumstances, we are better than Jen.
And we find camaraderie in pointing that out to each other.
