I said it before, I’ll say it again. Mental problems can come to everyone. Especially in times like these. The question is, how you personally handle them. I also have a tendency to depression, but I know that and I reacted years ago and found me a (real) doctor who I see frequently. Depression doesn’t mean to sit in a corner, crying, all day. Most of the people that know me have no idea and describe me as always happy and very funny. Just like Snark Week said, it’s a coping mechanism. Not sure what I’m actually trying to say here. But if you realize that there’s something “wrong“ with you, in terms of unhealthy thoughts for instance, get a doctor and get medication!

Lexapro and my doc are my good friends.
One of my relatives has a personality disorder, I'm even more sure of that than I am of Jen's. She won't seek help or even admit there's a problem. I don't know what one would do in that situation.

if it were Jen I’d consider it to be an extremely rare occurrence so I’d make sure to get multiple shots. some zoomed in, some from afar, different angles, etc
then I’d actually post them here instead of telling you guys that I have pics and that I’ll post them any minute now (but never do) like our old friend Tweaked Knee
