My kids are wrestlers and always made sacrifices for their athletic performance. We have never had a donut Saturday or went through a bakers dozen of gourmet cupcakes after a hot dog and duck fat fries, followed by popcorn from home.
We're also teetotalers and have never had a wine, beer or martini flight at dinner.
