We should all pick a word for next year then discuss ways we have not even attempted to meet it
Ex. I will pick “athletic”
and remain on my couch for 2022.

.Can one of you trainers on here tell me if there is any real exercise that WILL slim her legs or is she just built that way and nothing will help? Seems to me that after menopause my thighs slimmed out a bit. Maybe no hormones?
Trainer here. You can't spot reduce. To slim an area, you need to reduce overall body fat. Usually, as weight comes off, it comes off in the exact opposite order that it goes on. Example, if I gain weight it shows in my tummy area first, butt second, hips third, breast fourth. If I lose weight, it comes off breast, hips, butt, tummy etc.
While you can't spot reduce, you can do exercises to target areas (legs, etc) for muscle gain, to build muscle in that area. This works great when you are losing body fat. However, many people build muscle, but don't lose fat, and sometimes even increase their body fat because they eat more. This is why Jen's legs get to looking so bulky. She builds muscle easily, but it is her body fat that makes the legs look bigger. She eats portions that would satisfy a 250 pound man. That is why she has big legs. Not the exercises that she does.. -

Ok about this bullet journal thing, and I rewatched part of it and it was posted on January 29, 2021.
Words in 2021: Create, Connect, Nurture, BREATHE, Believe, TRUST.
She said she was too busy to plan in December.
Goals set too high expectations.
"One of the things that is 'top of mind for me' is trying to get into a good routine with planning because I find when I do I just manage my time better. And it just zens me out in like THE best way".
Followed by Level 10 Life, Memory Keeping and Moon Phases.
But then the whole Italy trip is unplanned.
So basically, was the bullet journal just an afternoon craft project?
