She spends the entire day thinking about what clothes she is going to wear, what makeup she is going to put on, what handbag, shoes and sunglasses she will wear to accessorize the outfit. She is entirely consumed with herself 24 hours a day. And the the kicker is that she goes nowhere. All that thought and time involved to go nowhere.
