We're expecting snow so it'll be good to binge. Yellowjackets on Showtime is very good-suspenseful and twisty like Ozark. I use different streaming services all the time according to what deal I can get. . -

I think I saw somewhere that cracked heels was a result of a VITAMIN DEFICIENCY..which for her diet 😑possible!!..I think it was from her guru Dr berg 🤔🤔

Sometimes I 'get bloated' after eating things with a lot of salt in them.
I can't imagine 'adding more salt' to already salty food & then adding butter too.. -
