And wasn’t Gina’s birthday on the 18th? I remember she was 2/18 and Michele is 12/18, no? So Michele probably recorded it just after her birthday.. -

How do you know Gina's mom passed? That's really awful. I absolutely think it was wrong for Nick to cheat. I also think though that Gina seems like a much more humble, open minded person. It's a good thing Addie will be exposed to other viewpoints. Michele is so close minded and set in her ways (ie masks), I can see why, unless you worship her like Dan, the marriage would not work out longterm. . -

It was on her FB and through Google. Not sure what happened but her mom was not very old. . -

I found the obituary that mentions donating to the American Cancer Society. May she rest in peace. Poor Addison has dealt with cancer herself as a young child and now Michele’s Mom is going through it and Gina’s Mom may have passed from it. I’m not sure if they all live in the same vicinity but when I was growing up, I attended a very small school yet so many young parents passed away from cancer in a short time span. There are theories that it can be environmental. . -

First of all, there is no excuse for Nick’s behavior and I feel terribly for Michele that she went through that.
Disclaimer aside, several things about this video that irk me (some more nit-picky than others):
1. I have grown so much from this experience / I don’t care to look back and analyze it. ???
2. Dan and I always talk about how different our marriage is from my first marriage. Really? Seems unhealthy.
3. They “seem” happy.
4. Dan’s son - I mean our son - teeheehee I’m just so used to thinking of him as my son. If that were the case, it would have been “our son - I mean dan’s”
5. SO YOU ARE ALL ABLE TO FORGIVE AND FORGET ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL IN A BETTER PLACE? Why is forgiveness contingent upon that? I would imagine that would further alienate people out there who are still single parents and aren’t in a better place but would like to forgive anyway. It always bothered me that she didn’t make the original video announcing her divorce until after she’d reunited with Dan.. -
