Does anyone believe a reputable podiatrist has recommended not to have bunion surgery with those grossly misshapen and distorted toes? I don't care how old you are - if you're that deformed, you need corrective surgery.

It must really grind Jen that just last weekend we had paaaaaaages discussing how amazing Tens looked at the wedding (even from those who said they wouldn’t have chosen the dress for themselves).
A week later we have paaaaaaaaages discussing how not-amazing Jen looks in her dress of choice, and the best anyone has come up with is ‘well, she tried’

I reckon she wasn't going anywhere just wanted people to believe she had something social on.
What do people think about why she didn't get the mansion? She said numerous times that RM1 was their starter home (or words to that effect). I always got the impression that Don didn't give a shit so he would have moved if that's what she wanted. So the only person stopping them from moving somewhere better/bigger was her and her complete indecisiveness and over analyzing all the little things. I mean she couldn't even go on a night away in Chicago without bringing a 40kg bag and all the things so how could she cope with house move!
Now I'm not so sure, I kinda think that Don knew deep down that she was his starter wife and maybe held off a bit. Especially now seeing how fast he legged it and straight into the mansion and the new wife.

I think he was waiting for the market to turn. He vastly overpaid for RM1. Chicagoland markets never fully recovered from the housing bubble burst in mid 2000s

Don has been burned by real estate 2x now - the condo they had when they first were married was sold for less than what they paid. And then RM1 was sold for less than what they paid.
They’ll be just fine tho but he has had awful luck with real estate.

I think in the end she decided she didn't want it (we are seeing her trying to erase all memories of Don) and was expecting that she would get something of equal value. Boy was she wrong

She needed to uphold her end of the deal and provide him with kids before getting a new home. After the kids she crashed out. So instead of her next step mansion she got divorce papers.

I don’t think Don cared about a bigger house at all because we all know he’s the man on the path of least resistance, always.
He had his grill and his golf course and his porn basement / working space.
If he hadn’t been putting together a house for five children I suspect he would have at least asked tens if she’d want to move into Ross manor 1.0.
