I’m not much of a decorator myself, I don’t see the need to redecorate 10 times a year. I go crazy for Christmas, but other than that my apartment stays the same.
Having said that, her problem is not not redecorating according to seasons, her house is BARE. You could probably generate an echo when calling from upstairs. There’s no cozy moment whatsoever from all the views we’ve seen so far. This is not a home I would want to come back to, and certainly not one that looks inviting to kids.. -

Jen, leaving out your Christmas decor isn't cute or funny. It is a cry for help and a sign no one ever enters your house.
Luckily the children have a joy filled house in which they spend the majority of their time.. -

It pisses me off because prior to her meal tickets arriving, she decorated for Spring/Easter; Fall & Halloween plus Christmas/Winter. Now she barely manages Christmas (and leaves it up 5 months too long) . -

Chiming in late…
That was a really nice NYC trip. Two nights, two new, expensive shows. Lots of food. Sounds good to me. But she looks and sounds sooooo miserable, must be that “complicated” relationship with the city. Rewriting history yet again. Just admit you want to go home and cry in your bed Wonder.. -

And in her NYC vlog….the pic of her boots…geez the bunion pushes on that leather.
Remember her weekend trips w/Don to St. Louis and she’d pack all those makeup brushes? Just mascara and tinted lip balm this trip.

That is EXACTLY right.
No one says anyone HAS to do seasonal decorating.
But kids love that kind of stuff.
And, for Jen to go so over-the-top w/ all the seasonal decorating BEFORE her kids were born & to do basically NOTHING now after having kids except for a few Christmas items she leaves scattered about for 5 months is just really, really sad & selfish.
Additionally, it’s not like Jen’s seasonal decor was elegant & mature - so many of her decorations were child-like, & CC & Donny would have probably just been enamored w/ everything & had so much fun.. -
