Really, who cares what music she likes? She likes it. What I found interesting is that she spent a crapton of money to go to a concert, sit in the front row, and had NO ONE to share it with.

OMG, the only time I was in the front row, at a concert was over 25 years ago, when my husband and I took our son to a Raffi concert. Raffi was a very popular kids singer in the 90’s and my son was addicted. We’d never spend the money for ourselves, for front row concert tickets, but my 31 year old son still remembers it! In fact we took him to several Raffi concerts and it was so much fun watching the kids dance and sing along. She is soooo missing out!?

Also, Ravinia an outdoor summer music venue, right nearby, has kids concerts almost every Saturday during the summer. We used to go to those also, so much fun. But Jen doesn’t want to share anything she enjoys with her kids, in case they like it! We used to sing Raffi songs every day on the way to daycare!

I recently went to see the Red Hot Chilli Peppers with Mr ShareWithBlunder and while it was amazing, I wish we had a few more people with us.

We went to see Tool in Poland last month with the two of us, hubby's best friend and his wife and it was so much more fun! Can't imagine going alone.

We live in the Chicagoland area. Some people epoxy their garage floors but most don’t. I imagine the epoxy wouldn’t survive the salt from the winter roads. But I’ve been known to be wrong before.

Yea same. Chicagoland. Most people, if they even have a garage, have a detached garage that isn't heated or anything. I've never heard of people regularly sweeping and maintaining their garage floors, tbh. The dirt, the salt, the snow. Must be a lot of work. I've never seen a garage floor that was anything other than concrete.

Maybe it’s just me but I use a leaf blower and blow the dust and stuff out. Fast and easy.

I can’t imagine going to a concert alone. Especially in the front row. And I’m a loner and like doing things alone. She just sat there and sang and danced by herself? So awkward

I love live music but the best part is sharing it with someone. Can you imagine being the person Jen asked to take her awkward front row picture? Omg.

One video I remember that striped tank top from, is when she showed how she set up all her stuff in a hotel room. They might have been at Wilderness Lodge. Anyway Don was the camera man and followed her around at her direction, filming everything.
I also remember Jen said their handyman would powerwash the garage floor at RM1.

I went to Foo Fighters on my own 20 years ago and hated it. Its just not the same. I do love a front row seat though.

She is fat - that's not "shaming" it's just fact - plus when you talk about nasty, talk about Natalie Maines and her nasty remarks when she should just shut up and sing and save her political jabs for somewhere else.

Jen has trash music taste, but I don’t know anyone who would pay to see Paul McCartney.
Either way, who cares? It’s her (Don’s) money to blow.

Me. I've paid a lot of money to see Sir Paul.

    Multiple times.

And to me? Worth every penny.

But we all have experiences that we will spend on, others we won't.

No one is right, no one is wrong.

Goodness me. I saw Cher by myself. I have seen Sir Paul and Ringo. Led Zep, Black Sabbath, Cindi Lauper, the Stones. Frank Zappa and many others. Country, Rock, Folk, etc. I would love to see the Chicks, and fyi, Natalie was right.

    Still Gene is an asshole.

does Ace of Base still do concerts? I'd be there :snickering:

Would they alternate performing “all that she wants” with “the sign” for 90 straight minutes?

They’d be fun at a festival though :)

I've thought why didn't she ever go to a concerts with Don (besides the Celine show in Vegas)? Why didn't she ever go for a walk along the lake if it's so magical and beautiful? Why not go for a hike in Utah? Maybe because she caged herself in.

She told everyone she had social anxiety, she was nervous little Piglet. She couldn't possibly do things like that because then that would mean she was capable enough to do other things. I know she went to Utah, but a flight there and she was alone in the house was her justification. Sometimes on her birthday she went shopping in Chicago, often Don went with her. Once she flew to LA for a few days first and then Don met her and they went to Disneyland.
