Re house inspections.
In England you would not get a mortgage unless you had an inspection or survey done first.
Jenny looks dirty with greasy hair in that piece today.
She has no pride whatsoever.
CC must notice the difference between Tens and her Mother in the cleanliness and the clothing department.

Feeling proud of what? Of the fact that you can workout all day to burn all the calories you shove into your mouth? Proud that you have all this time to workout because you have nothing else to do, because you are supported by your ex? Because you have your children less than 50% of the time?
