She worries about totally disconnecting with YT audience. So let the comments fly, skim them and reply to the ones you want. This way you're not fully reading them all. And what disconnect when all her replies are TFS! or a smiley emoji? There is no interaction of community since the comments are moderated. I've replied and been replied to many times on other YTs videos.
