I've never built a house but am getting very (too) experienced in the remodeling of one. My .02 worth of advice to you as you build is to allow for adjustments/alterations after the place is built. If the house is designed with future modifications in mind, it will be easier and less expensive if you decide later that you want to change something.

I’m one of those ass blowing friends I guess. I’ll never be as smart as Nicole. But you can stay home alone and find danger. There are dangers going to the grocery store, to a parade, to church, to the theater. I’m glad Jen is doing life HER WAY. It might not be your way Nicole but that’s ok.
