I just want to know how and why this woman keeps getting "scammed" or is it just a ploy for people to feel sorry and open up their wallets.

1. Homeschooling: spent thousands on curriculum, furniture, and supplies. The kids were back in public school by mid September.
2. Shed Living (to save money): spent an unknown amount of money finishing the shed to make it livable. Spent like a fool on vacations and random stuff while living there. Plan was to stay a couple of years. They lasted 8 months, then tore up and trashed all the materials they had used that were practically brand new.
3. Forever Home: Spent thousands clearing land and had plans drawn up. Bailed to buy the McMansion with zero money down.
4. Peloton: spent thousands to use it a handful of times. Collected dust for months before she sold it.
5. Jasmine the Chinchilla: bought on a whim...spent many hundreds. Rehomed her in approximately one years time when she grew tired of it pissing on her guest bed.
6. Foster Pets: Fostered dogs, kicking Pearl out of her room and allowing the pets to ruin it. Unknown money spent to recarpet and clean the room up.
7. Adopted Pet: Returned when Lem got sick of it.
8. Blogs: Lem and 50 set up blog sites. One of them posted twice, one of them never posted to it if I remember correctly.
9. Cookbooks: Monthly e-cookbooks discussed often but never happened. Latest print cookbook never happened.
10. Kids Activities: Pearl played softball. Lem let her quit mid season.
11. Quit YouTube
12. Cricut: Used a couple of times, as far as I know.
13. Appliance Graveyard: where Kitchen-Aid, Ninja Foodie, and numerous other appliances go to die after Lem has used them once or twice.
14. Home Renovations: numerous half-assed and unfinished projects that ultimately end up hurting the value of the home.
