Good grief. For years she's been telling us how she loves her body. As for going at her own pace, her pace for anything (other than her self care bs) is that of a snail. Not resting? She has plenty of time to rest. I don't know many "single moms" who take hour long baths in the middle of the day, meditate for an hour and workout for 2-3 hours per day. She has plenty of time to rest. Every single video she tells us how proud of herself she is. She is so unaware of reality.
