Not Jenfending but in the dancing video she is wearing a spirit jersey, a brand of thick long sleeve shirts that are meant to be oversized. They are huge at Disney so of course she has to get the run Disney version. Definitely not the sweater of a man friend. I own a few SW ones myself and only wear them at Disney, at nerdy SW events, or when relaxing at home without dancing for the internet to see.

Ok runners, how much streaching, therapy guns, icing, professional stretching, foam rolling, physical therapy, 3 lbs of epsom salt baths do you do?
Any excerise needs stretching. I use epsom salts when I have a bath, do I think using a whole bag will cure my aches? No.

PPD is very common. Most women seek help. They don’t blow up their marriages. Besides, the schemer has been planning to blow up her marriage way before she had children. They are just her means to financially security aka meal tickets. 🤷♀️
