Your diet does not affect the quantity of fat in your milk. It's unfortunately one of the myths tht is circulated.
lactose is a type of sugar that is in any mammal milk (lactose is made from the words that mean milk and sugar) . However, humam babies can be allergic to the bovine protein found in cow milk, which does transfer to the mom's milk when she eats bovine milk or meat.

Thank you! I assumed Jen was on her bullshit again. Her breastmilk couldn't resemble anything but a slurpee with her pitiful diet.
isn’t she supposed to run that virtual RunDisney 5K this weekend along with the Crowned Athletics people?

She can do it anytime in the next 3 months, there is nothing saying you have to do it one per month. If you signed up for the challenge, you can not submit your info until you do all 3 runs. Once you do that and submit your times and dates, you get the medals mailed to you. Crowned may have said do it one a specific weekend, but unless they are doing something additional, she will only get her medals when she submits all 3. Also, she can do all 3 in 3 days in a row, runDisney does not care, as long as you submit. So when will we see her 4 medals?
