Just watched your review of the Nose Rant. I had a break of watching Lisa so missed this altogether.
Wow! How to make a mountain out of a molehill Lisa!
No wonder she deleted it.
I couldn't get over how much better she looked just a year ago. A few pounds heavier made her look a lot healthier. Her hair looked to be in better condition, particularly around the hairline that is now so rapidly receding. Not so dark tanned which looked better too.

I just watched Beth’s stroke video. I hope that is a wake-up call to go off her high saturated fat meat diet.

My husband has lost count of how many guys he knew/knows, that did ate carnivore to drop weight - then later had massive heart attacks, strokes, or are disabled from a heart attack. One is his buddy, still living, but gosh his mind is so messed up. He recalls the 70's like it was yesterday. But do not ask him what happened last week. He can talk for hours about days long gone by.

I came here to post about Beth's stroke. I don't keep up with her but her video popped up so I had to watch. She should get lots of views and Lisa should take heed. I don't think Lisa gets as much fat but she consumes tons of bad chemicals and who knows the harm of all that frozen shrimp and red meat from Wal-Mart with her heavy handed salt use.
Beth still has an aneurysm that needs repair before it bursts and kills her. I lost a cousin that was. His 1st aneurysm at 35 and 8 yrs later a 2nd one burst killed him.

The incidence of heart attack and stroke in men is high.

I follow Gorl World which is mostly Foodie Beauty and Amberlynn Reid, but there’s another YouTuber named Hungry Fat Chick that the reactors sometimes cover. HFC just went carnivore and has been making some progress with dropping the weight, unlike the other two. I’m not sure what’s worse - weighing in the 400-500 range or trying carnivore and shedding some of it. 🤔

In addition to weight loss, the keto and carnivore diet studies have proven that they eliminate or improve metabolic syndrome and health. Sugar, carbs and seed/vegetable oils (PUFAS) are the culprits in many cases of heart disease. Genetics is also a prime factor.
