    Abby's high protein and healthy day of eating:

    8AM- Sausage and cheese croissant and coffee with cream and sugar.
    10AM-4 scrambled eggs with 1 whole avocado and everything but bagel seasoning (said the sausage and cheese croissant was breakfast, now says she needs to eat something). Can't forget the "gut drink" to wash it all down.
    12PM-Snack: yogurt with protein powder, cashews and granola.
    3:30-Coffee #2 with approx 1/4 cup of half and half.
    4:30PM-Late lunch consisting of microwaving canned chicken mixed with cottage cheese, siracha and shredded cheddar. Had corn chips on the side to dip.
    7PM-Sunflower seeds with half sweet and half regular iced tea.
    7:30PM-Nachos with cheese and jalepenos.
    9:30PM-Treat: flavored water.

    The dip was questionable at best. The thought of microwaving cottage cheese mixed with can chicken 🤮

    Another cooking video with meals like we've seen before. I swear she has shown her potatoes and sausage dish 15 times. Funny she throws out that she tries to keep her meals healthy. She proceeds to put butter and sugar on her asparagus.

    Because jarred alfredo sauce is healthy 🤣. Pretty sure she's shown that alfredo shrimp meal before too.

    I never heard of putting sugar on asparagus.
