.I've never liked Jen or Don. Don just comes off soooo cocky. I'm guessing this all went down because Tens wants a divorce, and also wanted him out of the house.
OK, so -- I think this is unlikely.
According to google, emergency orders are only good for 14-21 days.
The plenary hearing didn't happen, so maybe things have calmed down enough that they're working it out privately. Maybe he's gone to rehab. Who knows.
To kick him out of the house, she'd *technically* need to evict him--that's separate from a protection order and there's no record of her doing so.
Then there's the fact that she posted a family portrait two weeks later. Seems like a statement of solidarity, IMO.

CC is old enough that school friends are going to find all this. I'm sure their parents have already found Jen and the bakery.. -

Listen, I’m not a lawyer, but I’d sure as hell have my attorney contact her for basically putting this out into the world, especially considering the circumstance. Jen could have seriously jeopardized their safety for clout and glory.

.From last thread:Jen’s treatment of D** didn’t suggest she was afraid of him in any way. She would openly criticize him, brush him off, act annoyed toward him, poke fun at him etc. if she felt threatened by him I don’t think she’d be so flippant around him. But what do I know?
Truth. He was the one who tip-toed around her.
As has already been discussed to death, Don definitely has his own issues. Drinking, communication deficits; he's argumentative, codependent. Maybe now that he's "safer", different parts of his personality are coming to light.
This is exactly what I was wondering. If he was such a stepped on, walked over, beat down husband because of Jen's personality, maybe he got a taste of freedom and a kind wife and it pushed him over the edge to be more assertive and the free time with his alcohol freely available since his retirement made him a mean drunk.
None that really matters to me though, those poor children too messed up parents in a messed up system. Both sides of that family are odd, I just hope the children come out as unscathed as humanly possible.. -

I also wonder if it could point more towards a mental health emergency, a bipolar episode or something similar. That would explain the picture posting along with the temporary order only. . -

A perfect thread title. Today’s vid is her cruise recap. She needs to stop with the hints, it could jeopardize future custody. Imagine a judge reading her crap and seeing her treatment of her kids. Way too much stuff on the internet that should never have been posted. . -
