That person should be salaried, with benefits, Workman's Comp coverage, State, Federal and Social Security deductions. Paid holidays, and or sick leave would be considerate, but not necessary. The nanny is an employee, not an independent contractor, such as a babysitter.

Thank you! I always felt she should be salaried! Adam and Tara probably have no clue. She is overworked for sure with no benefits I feel. They are too cheap for that.
