We need to vote her off the island. Here's another BEST meal she's ever made. It's remarkable how she always makes the BEST food ever, yet most of her food looks like a heart attack on a plate, like that gloopy gob of smothered chicken shown above. Themed dinners🙄 
I already know now that watching her try to make tamales is gonna piss me off...

I suspect that the shredded rotisserie chicken came from Costco. Ours sells the day old rotisseries shredded in a huge bag - I’d guess about 5 pounds. No way did our delicate flower pluck that meat off chicken bones.

Oh dear gawd! FEBRUARY 31ST?!?!
This one just goes over the edge of sanity.
I take it that she's posted a new video. I've been busy making freezer meals for my husband while I'm out of town for a few weeks. NOTHING is in a 13X9 pan, not even 8X8.....mostly loaf pan size (for two meals). The marinated meats are in ziplock bags, appropriate for about 2 to 3 dinners worth as he requested some things to BBQ. It's a waste of time to pkg single sized servings using the BBQ....he'll just have to suffer cooking enough for more than 1 meal at a time. lol
