There comes a time in life when you evaluate yourself and say I need change. In the case of Jen you face the fact that when your hair is looking like crap you cut and style it. She would feel so much better, but she is lazy and won't want to spend time on actually brushing her hair everyday.

No WAY does Fatty fit in a small. I’m 120 pounds and almost always buy a medium in workout clothes (I do like my blood to circulate, so there’s that). Maybe what she meant to say was “I ordered a size that’s too small”. 
And that hair! My hair has been thinning since menopause and I have hypothyroidism. I have 50x more hair than Jen.

A nutritionist is going to tell her that she needs to be consistent and watch what she eats even when she’s traveling, especially because she travels so much.
She will walk out of the appointment with flared nostrils and never go back.

when she rubs her shirt and carries around her stuffie I often WONDER is she intellectually disabled

I am not fat shaming her but just be real Jin. You aren't happy the way you look. GO TO THE DR! stop with these life coaches. JFC. she posts herself in this a couple of weeks ago and today she is all of a sudden wanting to change things up. I truly believe she is eating like she would if she were in her 20s and she has to be perimenopausal and now the weight isn't coming off as easily as it would just a couple of years ago. She needs at least 50 grams of protein. She literally doesn't understand any of this. You need fiber for a few reason you idiot. with the amount of sugar and fat she eats, the hag needs FIBER! If she went to someone that actually knows what they are doing, her life would change for the better. Cramming herself into smaller sizes and lying about her actual size is doing nothing but making her look very uncomfortable. Why not fix the actual problem so you can fit into the sizes you claim to be? The woman has so much money. Just skip a vacay and hire a full team. A nutritionist and a personal chef

It took Jen seeing a video from a nutritionist in her special 90210 "Everesting community" (as she calls it) to realise she's "grossly underdoing it" when it comes to protein. Anybody could see that and the Bakery has been saying it for years. She has all the money and access to proper medical doctors and board-certified dietitians in the world but oh no, it took someone in her beloved, expensive "Everesting community" for her to hear it.
God, to be this stubborn and dumb...

90210 coaching call, she needs something to shift in her food. She's grossly underdoing it with protein, even more than she even thought. She hands food tracking and it's not good for her mental health. Since turning 40...blah blah.
Crowned haul. Had her heart set on a few pieces. Last time she had a whole line in her cart and then it was sold out and she missed out. This time she ordered a few of the most wanted. Then made 2 more orders and got everything. She wears a SMALL in all of their things. I feel like I bought these things and returned them last year. I wasn't as confident in my body. Opens 3rd package, she said I've lost my mind. Bought a whole Pocohantas collection even though she doesn't like brown. She bought a few of a certain kind of top and says she never wears that style. But it brings her so much joy.
Earrands and a cryotheraphy appt. Whole Foods haul. Hasn't started hauling yet, yammers about gas prices then so much cryo talk. She's bought a 3 month membership, she thinks her hip is feeling better already, she's been 4 (?) times. She feels like she will have to get a hip replacement one day.
Bracelet making has enough beads for 8.
Pirate boots and sloppy stretched neck long sleeved thsirt. 10:30 and she's home. blah blah theatre talk, making tea and treats.
When has she NOT been thinking about loving Jen?
