Funny, I noticed again on Peloton this morning that she has really tone downed the cardio. Was going to report on this and here we are, treated to some info in her video today? I can tell you she basically does pilates, strength trains, and very minimal low impact cardio. In the long run this will be better for her as I think her cortisol was whacked. BUT is there seriously a WogDisney next week? She hasn't run at all. Plus, less cardio...wonder if she'll keep packing on the simple carbs...of course she will.

I also wonder if she doesn't wash her hair because it's falling out and the sight of seeing it in the shower disturbs her. She probably thinks the more she washes her hair the more she loses, lol.
