But do any of you who question her alimony actually know wealthy people? This argument is tired and irrelevant.
Jen got a multi million dollar settlement in addition to a substantial part of Don’s social security. She also is entitled to the alimony that was not only set by the state, but most likely increased by Don to get keep her happy. Child support will end, yes. But she has more than enough resources to keep her as a kept woman for years, possibly the rest of her life if she invests well, which she will probably do.

Agreed. She doesn't do youtube for money. She'll never need to, unless some male gold digger manages to hook her and escape with her money or squander it. I mean, I'm here for it if that happens.
Can I ask how she is entitled to Don's SS? I would think that now would go to Tensleigh? So at 65 or older he has to hand over a portion of his SS to his wife he divorced almost 30 years prior?
After 10 years of marriage she's entitled to half his SS regardless of his current martial status at the time of death or retirement.Unfortunately my SS is more than my current husband's because I am sitting here thinking of ways to murder him since he called me an hour ago and said he thinks he has Covid.

.Yeah, going to the grocery store and buying the Italian version of PB&J ingredients is super Ugly American behavior. I love going to the grocery store in another country, even in states like Hawaii it's a different experience from the lower 48. But it's to find local produce and country-specific items, especially things I can bring home. Jen's not truly adventurous, as much as she thinks she is.
I spent 3 weeks in France a few years ago and my favorite part was the grocery stores!!! I bought all the things and just sampled, ate everything in sight, and loved every minute. I so enjoyed the little stores in small towns and speaking with the owners because they were so proud of their products and produce! I only encountered one rude person down in Marseilles but every other person we met throughout the country were so incredibly kind; of course we learned to say Bonjour! first before speaking to someone and I at least attempted to speak a few words in French, we relied heavily on Google Translate (what a Godsend!). I cannot WAIT to travel again! -

I have no problem with our current rule, in fact, I support them. I rather stay inside for a couple of weeks, hoping this will help to fight the situation, than meet all those people that are usually on the streets at new year’s. 🤷♀️

Most of the plans in that layout go directly from fridge to oven but have more space for the fridge than what it appears she does.
I live in Kansas right in the middle of tornado alley and basements are a MUST here. If you don't have one then you get to know neighbors with them or even put in a cellar/shelter yourself but you've got to have something. On most blocks, those with basements will unlock their doors during tornados to allow folks to come in for the basement - it's that serious. I wouldn't buy a house without one.
