So....I was watching some TikTokers literally crying because of their tax bill? Said they had no idea how much they would be taxed for "PR" packages...and even paying in quarterly their estimated taxes, they were being hit with $600-$10,000 tax bills because all the gifts are taxed as income for their full retail value?

    Mercy!

That would make me pretty leery of accepting just every free offer!?

I've known that this is considered "income". But I'm always uncertain what other than the obvious that these youtubers/influencers, etc, what they can actually really write off on their taxes - it seems to be very vague and can get very tricky.

I feel like you really would need a CPA or tax specialists to guide you in the right direction rather than making any assumptions about write offs.

I think the giveaways are just a bunch of BS for her to collect more stuff since she also benefits from this. And that's exactly what she doesn't need is more of anything.

She cannot even take care of what she currently has which she fully admits to.

Is the point of the Miami trip just shopping? And what is with that ridiculous Chanel handbag???

The Lily Pulitzer haul was another ridiculous over the top haul.

She really loves to spin a story about her shopping addiction.

I think the designer handbag business is hugely overrated.

At this point it's an endless cycle of BS with Sophia. Hamster wheel which is why she doesn't gets very few views and her subscriber count has not increased.

I guess her Patreon subscriber count holds pretty steady but who wants to know her family history...and all those check-ins and week in reviews. How much can a person do every single week to keep a person's interest.

I'm very curious as well about the money she makes with the Etsy and Marketplace. I think she does pretty okay on Etsy but she totally inflates the prices of all that crap but those peeps still purchase it.

Oh good grief - only Lisa could have "deep thoughts" about something as irrelevant as a Hermes bag lol...I mean really!

Lisa is definitely not living in the real world with her worry about purchasing Hermes and their stupid lawsuit. Why would anyone be concerned about such a ridiculous lawsuit. And what does Lisa really know about law anyway...

In the end, none of those luxury purchases make anyone's life any better in the end...more likely it's just putting you in debt and making you clutter up your house with overpriced stuff that just collects dust.

So basically her title is pure clickbait...and who cares about Hermes anyway. Just more overpriced products. So much for sustainability Lisa.

Finished "Malibu Rising" by Taylor Jenkins Reid - easy fluffy read.

Just started "The Family Upstairs" by Lisa Jewell - a thriller.

After that my next book is "The Lincoln Highway" by Amor Towles - historical fiction and 576 pages - figured I'd pad my reading with fluff and thrills prior to digging into this one.

I don't think Lisa understands about sustainability at all...her answer to that question was proof. Of course she tries to twist it around in the fact that she's gifting or returning all these unwanted items....and tries again to say that this is her job. She's just an all around fake person.

She is so fake in the Q&A video. Who asks this woman for any advice on anything? They have to be laughing when they are asking.

How many times is she going to show pictures of a burger patty topped with fake cheese and greasy bacon?
And then she adds YUM flashing off to the side

Looks just like Lisa - a slab of overcooked dry meat with a piece of fake cheese and some bacon as a stand in for her big ole lips. Seems like she has this at every meal.

Oh, the irony of Sophia shilling her vintage street finds as "people don't want stuff made cheaply overseas, they want vintage". Not only because Sophia has absolutely no idea what is actually currently trendy in home decor, but her last video was entirely cheap crap from overseas aka Temu!

    She's so full of merde!

She shills with the wind. Anything to make money. I guess she wasn't smart enough to think about what she's saying since the previous video was shilling cheap overseas made crap.
