Sadly speaking from experience here, but yes, depression can wreck havoc on a marriage and family...even when therapy is involved. It seems to be almost a daily struggle - daily highs and lows look like a rollercoaster that a person can't get off of.
Self care and staying grounded in reality is very important during this season of life. |

| All I can see is her lips, her body looks severely dehydrated (cracked lips, sallow face/skin).
If she just simply took vitamins and properly hydrated...then maybe for the paid content made a bigger effort (putting on some makeup, etc.) it will make a world of difference for her mentally.
Also for someone who used to be well aware of her video lighting in RM1, her videos look like no effort has been going into properly lighting her home for video either. Maybe she needs to rewatch her old content for inspiration... |

| I just found a video of hers from 12yrs ago. I noticed she was a hoader even then...who needs 3 rolls of tape on a desk, multiple scissors...geez how many gift wrapping bows does she need?!
Also why did D*n have to move his office to the basement?! That upstairs office was large enough to have a "his" and "hers" side, etc. D*n could've had that corner desk area, while Jen could've used the Winnie prep station for her own desk - then for Winnie to be washed, she could've used any shower in the house - she seemed to have made her life always unnecessarily harder than it should be.
I also felt like she had too much time on her hands then, and would spend time just shopping. Why hire a maid when she could've used that time to clean her home herself and probably save a ton of money. She could've used her channel for even homemaking AND organizing...even then I just felt like she just wasted so much time. |

I'll be honest, she probably isn't. Something happens to the brain when in a deep social media addiction, its like soul is on autopilot. People in this, have no critical awareness of their own physical or mental needs. If it is present at all, the brain functions at surface-level, nothing deep. Its like the brain is playing a computer game...you blink, and its been hours. |

| So after the last video...
I can't help but think she isn't talking to her audience but talking to Don directly. I get this strong feeling that something is going on with them behind the scenes...
... especially when she softly says, "We're better together...this community isn't the same without you."

| I'm convinced that Jen's behavior is a result of overuse of smartphones and severe social media addiction, and she isn't the only one. She also is showing signs that she is lacking true mental stimulation and signs of unaddressed depression.
These phones and access to the websites on them, trick the brain into thinking they are stimulated when they are not, it also dulls depression - like putting a band-aid on a leaking dam.
Severe tech addiction can effect basic executive functioning, relationships, and even can wreck people financially.
How many products were purchased because of reading some nonsense recommendation from social media?
If she stops using the smartphone and access on social media for entertainment purposes, I think her mental state will heal. If not, after a few months of true detachment from that crap, and still no improvements are made...then she should seek help.
Jen, if you are reading this, only you can break free from this. Stop waiting for someone to help you do it, as everyone is in the same boat right now!

Two of the 5 Love Langauges are called "Acts of Kindness" and "Recieving Gifts"...Jen did a lot of Acts of Kindness, while Don was all about the "Gift Giving."
Not sure about it of course, but I suspect Jen stopped her acts and Don stopped gifts..one of them stopped their own due to the other.
Not sure but I did notice Jen stopped hosting parties after the kids were born, not sure if due to Dons back he stopped buying gifts...idk.
I would've loved to see how she holiday planned with two littles, like hosting kid birthday parties. She wouldn't have to show the two kids in these videos either.
Very sad.
