| Yeah ok this is crazy. I'd be interested to know the backstory on why they can't just stay in the house. I wonder if FIL is wanting to sell it and if they don't want to buy it, that's fine, but he does need to sell it? But then how is she still going to have access to her garden, that makes no sense. If he's going to keep it as rental, why on earth would they just not keep renting till they find what they want? Normal people don't just decide oh i can't find a house or land we like to buy so we'll just live in an RV instead. Like what? And she thinks she's still going to can and store food in an RV?! These people are cray cray. Maybe she'll actually get interesting for a bit?
Also side note, Luke needs to hop on the weightloss drugs Tamara took or do something because that man looks like a walking heart attack waiting to happen. |

| | I have to go watch this video....but my initial thought is this woman's entire personality on YT is cooking, cleaning, prepping. How on earth is she going to do any of that in an RV? I also imagine it goes beyond YT and it's just a giant part of her life in general. I guess I'll go watch and see if those initial thoughts hold up. |

| Totally normal to do work in the garden/yard in a long dress and ballet flats. She's bending down and her dress is all in the dirt. Like what the hell is wrong with this woman. She is such a weird lady.
And yeah, I'd be super unhappy and complain about that life too. Even when she said "Dan was a great help with the putting away the groceries". He lives there, he eats the food. It shouldn't be 'help', he should be participating in running the household too. |

| | So I get Redfin emails of real estate listings and I do look at them and funnily enough, a single wide trailer just popped up for sale in one of the emails. It's listed for $35k, just the trailer, it's on rented land. So I guess that gives us an idea anyway of the worth of Kelly's. This trailer looks to be in similar condition to Kelly's but is a single wide and Kelly's is a double. I deduce that the land Kelly's trailer sits on can't be worth all that much because she was able to buy her parcel in cash. Bottom line, Kelly's little shit mobile plus land can't be worth too much more than $100k or so I'd guess. |

| | Ya know, I guess the flip side is this is a real shit hole trailer. I definitely am thinking of some of this in terms of my own house which is not at all a shit hole trailer, I'd never just have some random dudes put in floors or slap a new roof on my house. But I also don't own a run down trailer that's hardly worth anything. I wonder if she even has to have homeowners insurance on it or if she still owes money on it? I honestly don't know anything about trailers, does anyone know how much that thing could be worth in the condition it's in? |

| Uh yeah....so the flooring guys that did her floors when they had time on evenings and weekends also do roofs on the side when they have extra time? What a wide range of skillsets!
Obviously no kind of warranty or anything of the sort, she's just ordering all the materials herself and having some group of guys do work when they have time. I'm sure that'll work out great with no issues. |

| So many of you have asked about the chair....like show me the screenshot of 'so many'. people asking. Did one person ask maybe? He does that all the time and I do not believe him that so many asked about anything.
I wonder when/if he is going to tell us about this one day per week job. And I wonder if that's literally all he's going to do, work one day a week? He's clearly given up on YT again so he's not spending time on that. |

| | I posted too soon, her talking about the grungy kitchen cabinets and how we can't tell how bad they are because her camera hides it. Uh no ma'am, we can see and if you think they look even worse in person I can't imagine how nasty they actually are. She needs new cabinets, paint isn't going to help at this point. They are falling apart and just a mess. |
