| | Saville’s was the only listing I have followed. I took a screenshot when I found it, because I could never remember the name of the actual village. The listing was up on Tuesday because I scrolled through all the pics and reminded myself how grey it is, as in every room. Bizarre. I am in Canada and when you list your home with a realtor/estate agent the standard contract is for a 90 day listing with them. Perhaps the 90 days is up. It would be typical of John to blame the no sale on the agent and not the damage/too high a price which are the real reasons. This winter is really going to hurt in terms of cost. |
