I checked and it's gone from both the Rightmve and Saville's site, it was definitely there on Saville's yesterday when I checked so it's recently been removed, someone on another site commented anonymously on the house on the Saville's site via a chat box that appears asking if you want to view the house. They basically listed all the reasons why they wouldn't buy it, like the dead birds in the chimney, the wasp nests in the roof, the bodged pipework under thr boiler, the layout of the kitchen, dog pee soaked cheap flooring and bad paint job. This was a few weeks ago so maybe it wasn't the only reason they pulled the listing, but that nobody in their right mind who had viewed it liked it especially at that overinflated price and there being far nicer properties than theirs around for better value. I'm sure they could smell the dogs in the kitchen/utility room for a start, the removal of the double garage won't be attractive either. Neither would be the state of the annexe, I doubt they even mentioned the water leak from the upstairs annexe bathroom which leaked downstairs and left a mess. The ugly garden and driveway is another ruined feature of the property which would be more of a turn off than a selling point.
