I’ve never given a boss a gift for essentially doing the job they’re paid to do. That is bizarre to me! I’m assuming Christopher is several pay grades above his team so ‘gifting up’ is typically not done in any workplace I’ve ever been.
He's a principal at a charter school and his "team" are the teachers. So, yes, he makes considerably more than his "team". -

I don't know why she posts anymore on youtube. She is so inconsistent. She just randomly drops in with a vague life update and no details, no further explanation. -
.As an OB RN for over 10 years, hundreds of births, not a single shower birth. Why! Too dangerous, babies are slippery & end up on the floor, yes I have seen a Dr drop a baby, cord snapped, major blood loss. A midwife would be more agreeable to a shower birth. I have done tub deliveries, it is very messy, think blood, poop, and other stuff floating in water. It ia very slippery to try and get the mom safely out of tub, with cord & clamp hanging out. I personally would never risk my babies life or mine to a birth this way. They are lucky there were no problems.
Especially since she had said a week prior she was breached and they we're planning a
C-section and she was so upset about it. Then she had contractions during the Ian and said they were Braxton hicks and her water broke and instead of going to the hospital she goes to Publix and shops with Alex. Kim said she was shocked when they told her her was at 8cm sure Kim sure. She was in labors for days prior and she knows it.
My Aunt was an OB Nurse so I have a special spot for Nurses. What you do day in and day out is beyond amazing and such a thankless job. Thank you for everything you do! -

She used to go to the dentist four times a year. I don't know if she still does.
And she has a ridiculously complicated brushing/flossing/mouthwash routine. She used to buy three or four different mouthwashes for herself and D** and used all of them every single day.
I believe she did a video on her dental routine. It might still exist somewhere. -
