| 5:30 in she says that people attacking other people for "how they're grieving" is how we're getting to "these points" AKA a school shooting.

| The reason she's been hesitant to share a What I Eat video for the past couple years is because historically people are judgmental about her changing her diet (AKA eating baby cow now) and shame her.
3:30 - "No I'm not vegan. I've never been vegan. I did experience with being plant based. I was pretty much 100% plant based for one full year a few years ago. And that only lasted one year. And I started reincorporating animal products. I am, however, dairy free, and I'm going on 3 years..4? 4 years of that? I can't even remember now. Since Donny was born and he's 4. So 4 years of that. And that has just been really good for my digestive system. That's it. That's all. There's a breadth of feelings and thoughts and all that about the plant-based and the vegan and the dairy...there's a lot. And I just, I don't...I just don't wanna...that's not what I do. I'm not gonna sit here and debate with everyone about that. So. That being said. Even though I eat a pretty wide variety of things these days, including meat and animal products, I still maintain a fairly plant-based diet. And there are some days, probably like today, I don't know what's gonna happen. I know the general shape of my meals. Because I have my kids today so there's more planning that goes into that. But some days like today I might eat a plant-based diet. And it's not a statement. And it doesn't mean anything except that I really like plants. And I like to eat them. And I eat them a lot. And I also eat a lot of them. But I do also eat animal products. So, I don't know. We'll see how the day goes. |
