| IDES - I think I had tennis elbow but I never got it officially looked at. With rest, OTC meds and identifying what caused it, it resolved on its own in about a month. Never had an issue with it since.
Queen Bee - I’m so glad to hear it helped!! How frequently do you use it? I’ve never tried it and I was mainly familiar with red light therapy in its use for facials. But had no idea that it was said to help with pain and reducing inflammation.
I’m debating whether to go to a wellness clinic and pay $60 a session or buy a full body panel for use at home. From research I’ve done online, seems the recommendation is 4-5 times a week so seems like long term, it would be more cost efficient to buy the equipment. |

| I was never a dog (or cat) person and now I’ve been a crazy dog person for 2 years and Jen is a shit pet owner. Especially during Winnie’s last few years but also when she was a puppy. She’s a shit everything.
