I had to go back and listen again (at normal speed no less, ugh) to the part about sleep away camp. I don’t think she was saying CC and Donny go to the event at their school, just that they have one. Given how Gene infantilizes them, she can’t even begin to imagine them going. It actually kind of surprises me she DOESN’T make them go.

Here’s a novel thought Gene: perhaps Donny isn’t ready for a sleep away, but perhaps CC is? Believe it or not, they ARE individuals and CC is older than her brother. Stop making them one monolithic baby.

I listened again and she said "I had an experience at camp when I was 8 or 9, my kids would never do a sleep away for that long, they do a sleep away thing with their school for a few days when they are this age" (Jen went for weeks)

Sounds to me like they went. I'm going to hope Don took charge and made it happen for the kids. Remember Jen mention CC going to an after school program. (I think coding) I remember thinking it sounded like something Don would encourage.

“My kids would never go to sleep away camp for that long now!” *giggle giggle - nose crinkle - shoulder shrug*

If they go for a few days with their school, how do you know they wouldn’t go for a week or so? Stop holding your Circumstances back!

She is such a horrible mother. My guess is that if Astronaut Don ponied ( :snickering: ) up the cash for a week-long sleep away camp during Mommie Dearest’s babysitting stint, all of a sudden they would be fine with longer camp sessions.

And, why have we NEVER heard anything about her kids doing a sleep away camp for a couple days? More proof she tries to project this image of helpless, scared little children. But then she lets stuff slip out.

Does anyone remember when she booked the first cruise? Because mid-August 2022 was when Jen said the kids “do better at home”, as she was preparing for them to return from two weeks of traveling with Don.

Funny how quickly she changed her tune.

I don't believe anything Jen says about the kids.

All of a sudden her kids are "excellent" swimmers. Don't worry about her leaving them unattended.
Wasn't it just last summer she was telling us CC was afraid of swimming even though we had seen her in the pool at Don's?
I don't believe anything she says about the kids.

    It was a serious question.

Sorry! Magic, she said it soooo many times I thought you were joking. Also, she compared it to the Wonder many, many times.

I still haven’t watched, but are we sure Donny “lost” his fox? TWICE??? :b_wink:

It means more to his mom than it does to him!

A friend of mine is on a Carnival or Holland (or whatever but its not a Disney cruise) right now and she posted on IG that she found a duck. So maybe non-Disney ones still allow them. Try one of those Jen.

Yep, Carnival actually encourages the hiding of ducks. In fact after the Disney announced the banning of the ducks, Carnival basically said come on our ships and have fun and hide ducks. We were recently on a Celebrity cruise and I found one. I was a little surprised as they tend to be an older, traditional cruiser demographic.

Yeah, those strawberries would have looked a hell of alot better cut up...how is anyone going to eat those strawberries on the tart that way???

Didn't one of the boys suggest she cut them up and she said "no"? I'm not going back to watch.

Today is a baking video...basically fluffy filler I guess. I guess the next project is the sewing machine platform...I'm sure it will be another sloppy job.

Curious as to whether they are still "enjoying" their eat in kitchen....I guess she still uses it at least for breakfast. Easy to do when it's just one person.

I noticed she did nothing with the tv cords. Still hanging in front of the window.
She never fully completes a project.
