I've had her snap at me on the odd occasional comment I've made on YT. Nothing critical on my part but she's pretty sour and rude in response. I don't know why her fangirls like her. She's got no time for politeness which is hilarious given her etiquette collection.

It's all so useless and meaningless. Her fantasy world is so unrelatable to women with jobs and families they care for. Who else buys this sticker/word crap other than sheltered narcissists? The birthday reading lady bullshit is peak Jen.

Maybe Dan sleeps on the folding bed when he's late back from a nite with the boys offroading. Hils puts him in the dogbox. Lol 😂. There must be a reason for it upstairs as no one would be carrying that up and down when the actual guest stay.

The bench is awful, the wrong style and redundant. The table is for 2. Three chairs would've looked better or 4 stools and a bigger table. What a waste of time and space. What they had was fine. She's ruined it with this mismatched cheap solution to a non problem. No one can lean in over their plate to eat nicely so there will be crumbs and dropped food on clothing and floor. I hate it.

I think it will be a slim homemade bench with some simple upholstery or cushions as slim and close to the wall as she can get away with. It'll be uncomfortable. A tiny round table and 4 stools might be better. When are we getting this next installment?

I like to watch a rewatch then follow with whatever her latest is just for the insane contrast.

Those sound like good YTers thanks. I like Reissued with a guy called Andrew DIYing his home and making art. He works at Goodwill and is also an artist and a dancer. He has a definite thrifted masculine style which isn't cookie cutter.

I suppose Don suffered through the Expo and Jen suffered through a day of golf playing against 2 old men. She's never mentioned golf since leaving Don so that was probably part of the caging.

The garage attached to the house isn't used as a garage though? I don't think she's ever shown inside. She's said they might make it into a bedroom at some point for her and Dan. I don't think they use it as an entry to the house as Dan built that big garage.

Eve didn't seem to have much stuff at all. Certainly not for a teen girl. Nutmeg was wailing about a bow holder which didn't seem like something Eve didn't use or has outgrown. Yet Nutmeg will keep a warehouse of purely decorative items and colour coded decorative books no one touches. It's infuriating. I bet those kids dread her getting involved in their stuff.

Wow she is skinny. That 'styled' table looked bad. It's all the wrong scale for that big house. The marble console looks exactly like one available at Kmart here. The basket doesn't look right under it. It's too chunky. Why didn't she put the lamp on the left to hide the cord? She's just a robot and copies the online store design pictures. It all looks cheap and out of scale. A huge piece of art would be better not a dinky table and some generic knick knacks.

That's what I have in my head for a 50s diner. It sounds like she's building her own bench so I bet she makes it skimpy rather than the style pictured. Plus she's got those baseboard heaters to accommodate. The projection of those typical diner benches is about 600mm (or 650mm) which is the usual kitchen bunch depth.
I'm sure she's run the numbers through various online calculators of space required but I still think it's going to be a real squeeze and look crammed in.

I bet Tens doesn't have bins of scrapbooking crap piled in the bedroom.

The hanging pots are perhaps French Bistro as opposed to Atomic Diner. LOL. The ugly splash back tile is more Tuscan like her 90s coloured granite. She's going to probably throw in some red upholstery for the banquet team seating. She said a pedestal table so I'm assuming a chrome version? With matching chrome/red chairs. Yikes. None of them are Hobbit sized so it all sounds uncomfortable. The table will need to be able accommodate 4 dinner plates otherwise they'll be dining in each other's armpits. Then cracking their skulls on the plant thing as they stand up.

I've worked in a design capacity with furniture and all I have to say is the general public often poorly understand ergonomics and comfort clearance around how much space you actually need to push a chair back and stand up to move etc. Just because it technically fits doesn't mean it will work practically.

Someone backed a forklift off a loading bay (can't be arsed going back to watch again) and lost a foot and now the shit has hit the fan with bad workplace health and safety plus the person is undocumented so I'd imagine the whole workplace is under scrutiny from the relevant authorities.
